Low FODMAP Radish, Citrus & Tomato Salad

Updated: May 23

I love no recipe recipes! This raw fruit & vegetable salad is so simple to throw together and tastes great!

Radishes are part of the mustard family. They have a crisp texture and peppery taste.

As well as being packed with micronutrients, radishes contain virtually no fat and few calories making them a great vegetable to incorporate into any healthy eating routine.

Radishes come in a variety of shapes, colours & sizes! I used purple and pink radish to make this salad.

Radishes are great as they can be eaten raw. Preparing them is super easy. Simply wash, slice & eat! I thinly sliced an orange and lime to give this salad a really refreshing sweet & sour taste. I also added some tomatoes, walnut and fresh mint leaves for added taste and texture.

But you could add any vegetables or fruit that you like! Cucumber & carrots would also work very well with radish.

If you decide to give this no recipe, recipe a go, please share your thoughts, pictures and recipe tweaks. Good luck!
